@ shinobihairline - You need another touch up? I'm confused. There were pictures of you the other day with you saying how good it was and you had 7 treatments? You need another one?

I am very confused as well, its scary because we have similar complexions and Ian even refered me to his youtube video during my consultation, i find it alarming that he has had 7 and still needs more, nearly 2 years and its not over

Ok, the official opening day is 4th March 2013. The San Francisco clinic will be fully operational from this date

Not sure why this hasn't been updated.  You guys aren't open in San Francisco and have no official opening date.

Our San Francisco clinic is most certainly open, in fact many of our members here have had their treatments there already. Have you had some difficulty booking?

That's really interesting because I called the number listed on your website no more than a week ago and the woman informed me the San Francisco office "is not open."  I asked why they have an address listed then and she informed me they do have an office but there is nobody in at this time.  I assumed they may have just rented/leased a space to hold the open house earlier this month.

But if you're telling your San Francisco office is fully functional, fully operational, that's news to me and apparently one of your employees on the frontline working the phones.

And to answer your question, yes, I have had some difficulty booking.  The reason for my initial call is because I provided my contact information on your website regarding your San Francisco opening and have yet to receive a phone call or any correspondence back.

Ok, it sounds like there has been some confusion here, apologies. I'd be grateful if you could drop me a PM with your contact details and ill ask someone to contact you to resolve this

Hi All- Lucy here, I look after the bookings in the USA!

I'd assure everyone that our San Francisco clinic is certainly operational (as seen in the video) - in fact we have clients booked in for Mid-May.

As appointments can be limited due to our practitioners schedules - we cannot offer as many dates as at our clinic in Los Angeles which is the base for 2-3 of our practitioners.

When I do have dates become available for San Fran and Seattle - these are usually filled within a day of being released,  however when I next have dates to offer, I'll be happy to post the availability on this forum and you can contact me directly should you wish. If you would like you receive updates on any of our USA clinics (New York, Miami, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle) including dates of upcoming open days and any specific information in regards to each location, please do not hesitate to send me a message and i will happily add you to the mailing list .

I hope this helps! As always, myself and our other USA based customer services representatives - Gina, Anne, Julissa and Nate are available 9:00 am - 8:30 pm (EST) / Monday - Saturday on: 1-855-447-4247.

Thank You!

Lucy

Hey, @BuzzCutter I hope you are well.

I am sorry that you have received this response – I am a
little confused because our clinic in San Fran is certainly open, although as I
have explained before our appointments are not as readily available as at other
West Coast locations, such as Los Angeles, due to our Practitioner’s schedule. Could
you drop me a PM with which of the team here you spoke to via phone so I can
certainly check in with them and make sure they are aware of our available
dates.

If you are looking to organize treatment sessions, I know
that all of our appointments are currently taken – although as I’ve posted
before as soon as I have more dates open for this clinic, I will be happy to
let anyone who is on the waiting list know. If you can message me your email
address, I will be happy to add you on there too.

I do have a few appointments available in Mid-May should you
need a consultation, would you like me to give you a call to discuss the date
options?

We also have an open day in L.A on May 21st – if you
are based in California and would like to visit us at Head Office, please feel
free to call by that event, we’ll have live demos, a chance to meet past
clients, plenty of snacks and hopefully a visit from our CEO’s….

Best Wishes!

Lucy

I do not think the San Francisco clinic is open every day, as is often the case when a new HIS location opens.

Lucy, can you confirm?

Perhaps this is what is causing the confusion. Quite often a client asks if they can 'drop in', which is often not possible if a clinic is only open a couple of days per week. This could have been interpreted as the clinic not being operational yet.

Just putting it out there :)

Lucy and Damien,

You'll have to believe me when I say this, but I'm not trying to stir up anything, but this is beginning to be disconcerting.

You've both forwarded different theories as to why I'm getting the answers I'm receiving and none of them make much sense.

I've called now on two occasions to inquire about setting up a consultation.  Both times I've received effectively the same answer, "there is nobody currently at that location....the office is not fully operational."

Now, you may have done an open house or even perhaps some treatment(s), but it's clear you don't have a fully operational office that is manned daily during regular business hours.

By the way, you've asked me to PM you Damien and I did (weeks ago), I have yet to get a response back.

I do not see how the above comments do not make sense?

Regarding the private message you have sent me, I do owe you an apology. I missed the message in my inbox and I've just found it. I'm going to ask Lucy to give you a call regarding this.
