  1. Hello everyone, I've been doing a lot of research on SMP over the last couple of weeks. I actually haven't shaved my head yet...TOMORROW! Wish me luck. Anyway, I've seen a lot of amazing results that people have posted after 1/2/3 treatments. However I'm having a hard time finding results for people after they've had their 4-6 yr touch ups. I understand that the ink's used in SMP don't spread/bleed as traditional tattoo inks, which was one of my original concerns. However my question is, regarding the 4-6 year touch up process, it's seems unlikely that the SMP artist is going to perfectly align the new impressions with those that were made during the previous sessions. Isn't this going to result in an overall faded gray layer of the scalp with new clearer / darker impressions over top? I've seen some sketchy looking SMP results which look like there is an entire pigmented/grey layer to the scalp, which just looks like they've colored / painted their scalp and it looks very obvious unnatural especially on a caucasian. Can anyone speak to this concern or point me to people who have had their 4-6 year touch up with equally great results and without this "painted on" layer look? Thank you!
  2. SORRY I MEAN "OPINION" I foolishly didn't take advantage of my 1 year guarantee and now I think I need more sessions. I just hope the price isn't too crazy. Here are my pics after a little over 1 year. 2 pics show hair growing back. I have had 3 sessions already.
  3. Whats up everybody, I have received 3 procedures and I foolishly thought that the guarantee started after my last procedure. I have noticed a little fading by my right temple and some light spots on my head. It has been a little over a year since I had my procedure and even though I am still happy with the results, I feel I might need more procedures. My girlfriend tells me I don't but I think she is just being supportive and doesn't want me to spend money for no reason. On the other hand I do not want to go into overkill and have a sloppy looking fake scalp. I hear (practitioner named, deleted) is the man in NYC and I would want him to do the procedure since the original guy doesn't work there anymore. Please check out my pics and let me know what you think. I also don't know when the best time to shave my head is, I feel if I can see stubble, the whole world can see it (even tho I know it isn't true) I usually shave every other day or if I'm lazy I will wait 3 but I won't go out without a hat. Last but not least I think I have been using the wrong moisturizer, Jergens "Natural Glow" it's supposed to give you a tan skin tone which it does but I think it adds shine as well. I use sunscreen if I'm going to the beach but if the sun isn't out, I don't use it. Long story short, let me know if you think I need to see ([practitioner named, deleted)!!!! 2 pics are day 3
  4. It's been awhile...

It's been quite awhile since I have been on the forum. Overall, I've been extremely happy with my results from HH BUT, I have noticed some fading (I think I'm around the 2yr mark) and I'm considering a touch-up. Has anyone - after a few years considered a touch-up to the treatment? My wife mentioned that it has faded a bit and I'm keen to know what the cost would/could potentially be for alumni seeking a fresh coat of paint? Looking forward to feedback. BTW, I have been extremely happy with my results and believe the treatment has had a profoundly possitive effect on my confidence.
