LPP,
How do I know that these pictures are from former HisHair clients?
Like anyone else, who has access to the internet, I have gone ahead and done basic homework by way of visiting all sites possible for micropigmentation on the internet.
These pictures were posted on the Artistry Concepts website for quite some time. Before he resorted to calling these corrections "work from UK provider", he actually had an entire section going off about HisHair and their clients having to go to him (AC) for repair work.
I go by as much evidence as is provided to us via the internet or possibly in person. HisHair just opened a clinic in NYC a little over a week ago. In light of that, I have also said that I would visit that clinic for more clarification.
The reason for posting these pictures is to get some clarification. Just like you ask whether I have any solid proof, do you have any more proof than a random visit to see their "Best" work showcased for you at their clinic? Do you have anything more than a handful of guys that might have also possible just gotten their heads done? Have you see more than just 2-3 guys (who don't work for HisHair) who happen to have their work on display after 2-3 years?
I know people keep pointing to Ian as proof of longevity, but Ian also has the luxury of being able to get work done on his head on any given day for a touch up, we unfortunately won't.
Regarding me trusting a competitor versus HisHair..
I met with (2) former patients of Artistry Concepts and I didn't like their hairline work, looked a little funky, so I held off on that.
Also, I've spoken over the phone to 2 other guys that went to AC, both of which claiming that the hairline started to get that linear look to it with no discernment of dots to make it appear "real looking".
See, what you're not getting is that I'm not taking sides; I am simply bringing all possible "what ifs" onto the table. I do aggressive research, I visit clinics, I meet up with 2-4 real clients who are 6 months to a year out (Not just cherry picked work that is displayed at one of their clinics) for further inspection. That is my intention as well with HisHair, not just to take what is said is obvious truth.
You said, "I've seen several heads of HIS work in the flesh in the past week in NYC and NONE of them look like that."
My question to you: "Do you really think that they would have anything but stellar results on display at their flagship NYC clinic?"

P.S. The formatting is giving me a little problem on the forum. That being said, I know some of you are taking anything even remotely negative said about HisHair to heart. Gentlemen, I know for some of you they might have restored the confidence and self-esteem that was away for many years, but seriously, these guys are not your family members and they are not your significant others. Don't take anything too personally. I am trying to be objective here, not allow my loyalty (to which I have none) to get the best of me when trying to objectively ask or answer a question.
