Hey guys..
maybe you know...how long before going into a tanning salon after your last service?
I've been sick for 10 days with the flu and I wanted to add a little color now that I'm getting back to health..
Nothing worse than being sick for a week and a half and looking pale as if I were dead..
So whats your best guess...SPF 50 and a baseball cap during the stand up tan and I'm good to go for tommorow?
Any best guess would be cool.

28 days after last session and with SPF 30-50 on your head
Vince has posted about having his scalp exposed to sun WITHOUT sunscreen and hasn't noticed any fading whatsoever

i wish this forum had a search feature... anyways...heres what I did...after deciding I was done being a member of the walking dead...I slapped on some SF30 and when I went in the stand up tanning booth..I just wore one of my kids hats with ear flaps..and covered my entire head for the whole 8 minutes. Tons of fans inside so I didn't barely broke a sweat
I feel better now that I don't look like I have been getting over the flu.
Hopefully tommorow I'll feel 90 percent and knock out a quick work out...
After almost three weeks out of training I'm sure you can imagine how I feel.

yeah,
after the 28 day waiting period I'm thinking of going south for a while and I"m not gonna even bother with the hat.
Just gonna slap spf 50 on my head
