   hi, i am due to have the treatment done soon and was wondering if it is ok to go on a sunbed once ive had it (obviously not immediately after). I just like to use a sunbed every now and then to look a bit healthier rather than milk bottle white lol

   fwiw..I took a suntan about 4 days after the HIS session....

   I just wore a hat once I got in the tanning booth.

   Thanks for that info JB as I would like a tan when I get this procedure done.

   Had 3 sessions in London during January/February 2012. Very very happy :)

   this is what I did

   because i'm one of those "jersey shore" types I like to stay very tan all year round so I bought a black swim cap off ebay.  a good one costs less than a couple of bucks

   when it arrived, I held it up against a strong light bulb to see if any light got through.  Much to my luck the cap didn't let any light through so it passed the test

   anyway, i put the cap on and started cutting a pattern that covered everything BEHIND my hairline.

   Now, when I go tan I put on the cap and also put on the fans on full blast

   I don't understand how this would be beneficial. If you put the cap on while using the tanning bed you would have a tan face an d a VERY noticabley white head.

   Looks good guys...

   Obviously you wear the kind of hat that you can adjust easily to follow your hairline.

   I just grabbed one of my kids hats that was laying around the basement...in the hat and glove bucket...

   Hope this helps...
