Hi Guys, I am new here. I am getting my first session done next week in NYC. I am more concerned over the redness after the treament more than anything. Could you tell me how long does it take for the redness to go away. I am taking 4 days off from work after treatment... will this be enough so that when I come back the follwing week the redness will have dissapeared? Thanks for your feedback.

It varies from person to person, but my redness had vanished by day 4. I think you will be good to go for work by day 4. BTW I had my treatment done (3 sessions) at NY clinic and you will be in some very good hands there!Posted 5 months ago # -

Num Posts: 314I was told that the darker the skin the less the likelyhood of redness showing for that long. I was advised anything between 2-4 days.

I am getting my first work done on March 30th, and I am planning on going back to work on April 4th, I guess my question is two fold, first will my head still be reddish as well as my scars, and if so since I really have never had my hair so short, can I swing it by saying my scalp got irritated from the buzz?
