I had to ask really. I had an annoying spot on the top of my head which i couldn't help but try and pop out.. would that damage the pigmentation? It's quite red now and drying up so got me a bit worried.
Also while I am on here, does anyone know any good moisturizer that does not leave an oily or greasy look on the scalp afterwords? baby Johnson makes my head looks so greasy after a few hours I always have to rub it off in the evening but still feels greasy.

luckily Ray I haven't suffered from spots so far so cannot comment. I use Loreal Pure and Matte as a moisterizer and its good.

I take it you can get that from Boots/Super drug or any supermarket etc..?
Matte sounds like what I need.

Squeezing spots wont affect your treatment, dont worry.
Agree re: Loreal Pure & Matte. Alternatively Lush do another one called Cosmetic Lad which I can vouch for

By the way, what about the body shop? Their ones smell so damn nice... anyone ever checked if they have matte moisturisers? Might be worth a look i suppose.
Ps. Just to make sure, is it this one?
