I concluded that transplants after MHT should fill out the gaps and future Allopacia fall out along with occurred scars. Getting away with slightly longer has a much better chance to work this way...
GUESS WHAT...?
I just had 2700 graphs transplanted using FUT strip on Friday 20th January 2012. Here posted are the results.
First 3 are before transplant.Last 3 are after transplant that night.
I know FUT seemed bad option but price and previous FUT I underwent 6 years back wouldn't allow for FUE this time with my level of loss volume.
I'm taking a calculated risk that HIS in one year from will augment, or better, COMPLETE the most dense, natural, scar free head I can get!
Why put up with big scar? This was only choice in my case as FUT was affordable and got the most 2's and 3's of follicles from head. Large area to cover. Scar is HIS specialist.
Why wait 1 year until MHT with HIS?The dense buzz look from MHT will in 90% of cases, assuredly my own too, be better with more real hair covered before hand. Older hair or native non transplanted will fall out (stabilize) to plan MHT at that time - although MHT can deal with this specific issue yesterday. Propecia needs to still be taken -bad, but my transplant Doctor will replace hair out of his expense if less than 80% wont take! charged 5500 pounds for 2700 graphs crown and head -NHS confirmed 2300 procedures done under him.
Real hair is Real hair no matter which way you slice it. Also, long hair coverage is at least optional at this stage instead of regime of shaving. May get that thin buzz look before year is out.
Pictures make it look like a crime don't they but I'll keep you posted over the time hopefully!
