   Hi guys,

                      i seem to be having problems reducing the size of my jpeg pics and cant drop them to below 100kb as needed to post on this forum....

   
   

   Does any1 know of a programme or process to do this...???

   Right click on photo, select ‘open with’
   Select ‘Microsoft office picture manager’

   In MS Office picture manager, select edit pictures
   On right hand column, choose ‘compress pictures’

   Then you can either choose: compress for documents, web pages or e-mail messages.

   I’d go down the list in that order until you find one that will compress below 100kb. (ideally ‘documents’ as it will maintain reasonable level of photo quality).

   Photoshop is great for this, but few people have it unless they use it for their jobs. A great free alternative for all image editing tasks is Irfanview
