results like this, keep scaring me away. I hate to make you feel down about it. But i'm sure you went into this great expectations, looking at all the "case studies". My question is, with the type of complexion you have, why can't your results be like these? http://www.hishairclinic.com/kevins-case-study/
I hate to say it but results like these should be the standard not the exception. I'd keep calling HIS till you get the results you desire.Posted 4 months ago # -
Pat, hope you get it sorted out to your satisfaction.
Out of interest since having had your last treatment (which I assume you and HIS probably thought was your final one), have you contacted HIS and told them that you still require further treatment(s)?

Hi Guys
Thanks for your comments, being honest with me is what i want to hear so don't think for a second that your getting me down.
To answer a few questions...
Each treatment was between 1.5 hrs to 2.5 hrs.
I have tried a clean shave and a remmington look, there is a major contrast between the top and sides either way really.
No it hasn't faded since my last session, ofcourse it was darker when i left the office and it settled and lightened in the weeks since. But the outcome has since been what you see in the pics.
The gallery photos do look great, just nothing like my photos...Posted 4 months ago # -
honestly not good at all...

Hi Pat,
Firstly thankyou for sharing your experiences here with us. I can understand your concerns and can see why you have them. Have to say that I am in general agreement with most of the comments including your own. However I believe that the problems may have resulted from your desire to have a 'softer' look. The subsequent treatments have not really added the desired density and HIS have to work hard at correcting the issues that you have brought to everyone's attention. Having said that my personal experience with HIS is that they do everything that they can to correct and improve upon exisiting work. Remember you having your head pigmented so at some point you will have the desired result...it may take more than the originally anticipated number of treatments, but due to the nature of the treatment itself any look is possible.Posted 4 months ago # -
Pat, echoing Johns comment, have you been back in touch with your HIS clinic to rectify the problem?
I am based in the UK and spend a lot of time at the Harborne clinic in Birmingham, managing the website and forum. Want to contact me? Send me a PM or email me - damien@hishairclinic.com
