Ian's head looks great, most definitely, as does Adee's, thanks for sharing!

Who said HIS hairline was too define?

Having seen Ian's head from inches away, as well as touched it, I can tell you that it is truly well done.

Good find. Think this was a publicity shot for our Manchester launch

Yes, it does look great in real life.
Finally! A picture that does Ian's MHT justice.

It does look great, especially close up. I got pretty close to a guy in work who has MHT and it's actually less detectable close up as the detail just looks amazing.
Currently saving up for MHT, aim to get it done by May/ June

I've read here somewhere that Ian has recently had his hair line softened slightly. Looks fantastic, however anyone who’s had MHT or seen it in person knows that pictures or videos don’t do it any real justice. As they say seeing is believing.

People keep saying that Ian's is blobbly and not good. If this procedure is reversable, then I am surprised Ian hasn't had his removed and re-done as he is the face of the company so to speak...
Posted 2 months ago # -
Yeah honestly.. I don't really care for his results.. it doesn't quite look right to me, especially magnified and at the hairline. It really looks like someone dusted it over with dermmatch or something. I don't mean to be rude or out of line, but if this is the face of the company it should have been as good as the clients results lol. Usually its the opposite with companies.. Here we have the reverse, the clients actually look better than the company face lol

When I saw him last year in November it seemed to be less soft. It looked great from upclose. You should not consider him to be the face of HIS. His MHT changes all the time due to experimenting.....

You're basing your assumptions on a handful of photos. Anyone who has had a consultation will tell you that none of the photos on this site truly represent the realism of the illusion in real life.
Its all very well saying "it doesnt look right to me", but you havent actually seen his treatment.
Why dont you meet Ian in person? If interested, let me know and I'll put you in touch with him. It could also be an idea to meet a real client in your area, by posting in our Meeting Zone.
Sorry to sound harsh, but a lot of assumptions are made on this forum by people who have never seen MHT in the flesh. Its not really fair on us, our clients or our staff. We accept that people are bound to be critical, and they wont always like our results, but at least see what we're talking about for yourself, if for no other reason than to confirm or eradicate any concerns you may have

Damien, I have been in and seen Aldemars and Damons and they both looked great. I have never seen Ian's but there have been a couple of people on here who have seen him in the flesh and said it doesn't look real. You're right though - I too am basing that on other ppls opinions and their opinions may be off the mark.
I think the reason people are so interested in Ian's is due to the longevity, ppl are bound to have concerns long term and Ian will always be the measuring stick... until we have other ppl that can show us long term results.

There have been many, many people who have described Ians treatment as undetectable too. Its a subjective thing I guess.
Agree that Ians treatment is the measuring stick as far as longevity is concerned. That will change as more and more clients from years ago come back to the forum. Caesar returned to the forum yesterday, 3-4 years after his treatment, and I think we'll see more of this as time progresses

My 2 cents on Ian's work. I was fortunate enough to see Ian in the NYC clinic. Previous to going to the clinic I was in a Starbucks quite near the clinic and coincidentally Ian and Ranbir walked in.
I didn't introduce myself, but I was curious to see if other people noticed anything strange about Ian's 'hair'. He was stood in line for quite some time and I didn't observe anyone in that crowded Starbucks pay any attention to Ian's MHT.
A little later I met him at the clinic and I had a chance to view his work up close and I can assure you it looked great...far better than in the photos. So do not judge by the photos, they are not a completely accurate representation of MHT in real life. As Damien suggested you are better off actually seeing him in person, which given the amount of traveling he does around the world these days is not that difficult...chances are he will be somewhere near you at some point in the next few months.Posted 2 months ago # -
During my one-on-one consultation with Ian, I tried so hard not to gape at his head.
But when I was given the chance to view it and touch it, I was amazed. It really looks like a full head of hair, and that he chooses to shave it. I was and I am still amazed by Ian's head.
I'll be honest, I was expecting "the blob" going into it, because the photos online really don't and never have done his MHT justice. And I think a lot of us are "looking" for flaws on Ian's head because we know it's not real hair. That's just my opinion.

Yeah , I remember seeing a video of Ian somewhere and it looked better than in the pictures. Sometimes pictures and the lighting/flash can make things look worse than they would in person. That is true.. but I mean not everyone can visit a clinic, or there are people here who are just going by pictures, so you can't blame people for criticisms. Especially when there are shit tons of pictures showing amazing results.. there is an expectation that is already set from all the great photos on here. Most of the work I have seen on this web site looks very good.> There are a few I am not crazy about, but you know. Not everyone can come out perfect in a picture.

It would be intresting to see Ians before/after shots and close ups and shots at different angles etc , I know when we watch videos with Ian on either just talking or working on a client we are more intrested in Ians head than the person he is working on .Would have thought it would be easy to arrange and would settle any arguments .

I think alot of people fail to understand why it is important to see MHT in person as opposed to a picture or a video. When you're looking at a picture or video your only seeing a 2 dimensional image. It doesnt matter if your looking at the highest resolution possible at a million different angles.
Seeing it in person is the only way to actually know what it really, truly looks like.

I have always thought MHT would be detectable close up and that I would have to rely on people's ignorance, but it looks even better close up on a guy in work who has it (lazy shaving gave it away) because the detail is amazing! He's gone for the super defined hairline too and nobody seems to bat an eyelid, even in our brightly lit office.

Hey Haircules, I have never actually spoken to this guy, I work in a busy office and only started a few weeks ago. I noticed he had MHT because he sometimes gets lazy with the shaving and grows his real hair (norwood 6 I imagine) to about a grade 1. I doubt the guy's very open about the procedure so I wouldn't feel too good approaching him about it.
