I want to know if i can get smp done for my thinning hair so that if i do go bald the smp will already be there but while i have hair it can work as a camouflage for my thin spots. So my question is can i have a full smp now under my thinning hair and not need a touch up if i go completely bald. If its important im 22 years old and i have been using rogaine for 3 months

You have to shave it all the way down to get the procedure done. On the website, they seem to imply they do this for women, but I've never seem a woman comment on the forum about it.

It depends on your hairloss, if it's minimal and they are staying within the hairline then you can keep your hair long. Otherwise you'll have to shave it right down.
You will need to have another session when you lose more hair.

Hayleyed is exactly right. Some additional blending would be required later when your hair loss advances... which could be a few weeks, or a decade.

Shaving your hair is the best option as they said. Still if you notice hair fall then probably you should think it as serious issue.
