  1. Should I or shouldn't I?

Shave that off, man. It looks terrible to be honest. A few thin strains combed to the front along with Toppik. That can not be the solution for you. Get a SMP and forget about all your hair problems.
  2. Balding clippers

I am using the Wahl Balding Clipper. It‘s an excellent clipper in my opinion. That thing is a tank and shaves almost down to the bone but still leaving a bit of a sandpaper feel.
  3. Celebrities And Smp

Not 100% sure if it is SMP. Gergo Borlai

    Mathieu Germain. Canadian boxer.
  5. Faux scars, What's your opinion

Not a fan. In my opinion it draws unnecessary attention on the "hair"/SMP, But to each their own. I have a small real scar on the back of my head which my practitioner pigmented, but unlike the rest of my SMP the pigments on the scar completely faded away within a week or so. I can not count how many people noticed that damn scar and left some comment (What's this? What have you done there?, and so on). Personally I hate that.

  7. Hairy Again

Thanks a lot for the updates. Great result. Personally I always think it looks better when the top of the head is a bit darker than the sides. It gives the impression of an even fuller head of "hair" to me. Anyway, I love your everyday pics in different lightning situations. Thank you for posting them. Keep 'em coming. Have a great weekend and enjoy your SMP
  8. Hairy Again

Great hairline. Can't wait to see the final result.
  9. 4th session blending issue :(

Your treatment looks really great. I don't think that anyone could spot anything unusual. And I'm sure in a couple of weeks it'll look even better. Congrats for such a well done SMP.
  10. Getting caught out

Why do you care so much if other people notice a change on your head? Let them notice whatever they want. Even if they notice something, after a day or two they have forgotten about it anyway and don't give a crap about your hair. I have the feeling you overthink the whole thing a bit too much.
  11. Hair regrowth after SMP treatment

That's one excellent SMP, Permanent Vacation. I love the hairline. Very natural. I woud love to keep my hair that length, Unfortunatly my horseshoe is visible after 24 hours of no shave, and I hate that effing horseshoe, so I have no choice but to shave it on a daily basis.
  12. Fading & Hairline - Advice Needed

I think your SMP looks really great. Just don't grow out your hair any longer than that. Do you have a horseshoe or are you one of the lucky guys with a decent coverage in the back of your head? I too hate the fact that under certain lightning conditions the treatment more or less disappears. It makes me feel uncomfortable and insecure in some enviroments. My hope is that some day there will be an ink that stays visible even in harsh daylight and bright office lights and stuff. Dunno if that is even possible, However, your SMP is totally fine and it suits you.
  13. Getting caught out

Never been caught out either. I am a NW 5-6 myself. After my treatment I now have a similar hairline like the HIS testimonial in the attached photo (I don't like the NW 0 straight and sharp hairline look. A broken and feathered hairline and some receding always looks best IMO, especially when you're not in your 20's anymore). Nobody ever wondered or gave me a stare or something. The only thing some of my colleagues and pals said was something like "Oh, you shaved your head? Looks good, man". And that was it.
  14. Andros Townsend

I think he looked better with SMP.
